👥 Positions: 4 We are looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Executives to join their team and drive sales of heavy construction machinery and related products/services. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Identify and approach potential customers 🔹 Promote and sell company products and services 🔹 Develop and maintain strong customer relationships 🔹 Conduct regular customer follow-ups 🔹 Achieve assigned sales targets 🔹 Generate new leads and business opportunities 🔹 Conduct market research and provide customer/market feedback 🔹 Prepare regular sales reports 🔹 Support customer after-sales service and maintenance 🔹 Monitor and support company risk-control objectives 🔹 Report regularly to the Sales Manager and Chinese business representative Requirements ✅ Minimum 1 year of sales experience in heavy construction machinery** ✅ Good English speaking and writing skills ✅ Ability to use English as a working language ✅ Proficiency in Excel and MS Office ✅ Strong sales, communication, and coordination skills ✅ Valid driving licence ✅ Strong knowledge of the proposed work area ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field 📩 Apply by sending your updated CV to: recruitment@360hrsolution.co.tz
