Sales Cum Drivers

Job Description

We are looking for 7 experienced Sales Cum Drivers with proven experience in the FMCG industry to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and ensure efficient product deliveries. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Visit existing and potential customers and identify new sales opportunities 🔹 Promote and sell FMCG products 🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships 🔹 Achieve daily and monthly sales targets 🔹 Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers 🔹 Manage sales orders, deliveries, and collections where required 🔹 Monitor stock levels and provide market feedback 🔹 Ensure proper use and maintenance of the company vehicle 🔹 Prepare daily sales and delivery reports Requirements ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Sales ✅ Experience in sales, distribution, or route-to-market operations ✅ Valid driving licence ✅ Good knowledge of Dar es Salaam routes and customer locations ✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills ✅ Target-driven and able to work independently ✅ Good understanding of FMCG products and market dynamics ✅ Honest, reliable, energetic, and results-oriented 📩 Interested candidates should send their updated CV to: recruitment@360hrsolution.co.tz
